In the skies above southeastern Turkey, I began my journey, born in a helicopter due to security concerns surrounding my father's governmental work. Raised amidst diverse Turkish cities, scholarships paved my path through a top-tier university for a degree in Computer Science. Erasmus enabled me with an Italian interlude during my studies, broadening my horizons. Interning at esteemed firms like AEGON and MarPort honed my skills, which helped me land my first job at Insider, a growth management platform where I gained valuable experience, collaborating with skilled developers and diverse clients, expanding my expertise in various languages and libraries. However, due to my brother's deteriorating health, I declined a team lead role to prioritize family care. Despite difficulties, my brother stabilized, bringing relief. After some months, my fiancée received a job offer in Amsterdam, a city embodying our aspirations. This turbulent year taught resilience amid personal struggles while embracing moments of hope and a promising future in a dream destination. I took up a web development job in Amsterdam that didn't align with my career goals, leading me to explore various roles to sustain myself in an expensive city. Seeking to reignite my tech passion, I enrolled in Ironhack's web development course. The program allowed me to refine my skills, collaborate on various projects with fellow aspiring developers, bolstering my front-end expertise and introducing me to back-end development, aligning with my initial career goals. An unconventional journey, but Ironhack's guidance revitalized my ambitions, securing an opportunity to begin as an intern. My capacity to adapt and bounce back makes me a valuable asset to any team looking to innovate, and I hope my determination to return to work aligns with the ambition your team needs.
